Adhesive plastic bandage
The adhesive plastic bandage allow oxygen flow to the tattoo, but keeps harmful microbes and dirt out of it which makes for a very convenient way to heal a new tattoo.
Just leave the bandage on for 3-5 days, then remove it carefully with clean hands. Done.
Residue ink and blood might pool a bit under the bandage. This is normal even though it can look a bit nasty. This usually dries up within a few days.
If the bandage comes off or if seeping occurs, wash hands, remove bandage and tend to it the classic way mentioned above.
Note: Some people are sensitive to the adhesive. If excess swelling/redness occurs, wash hands, remove bandage immediately and contact me.
